Hereford Beef & Abbot Ale Pie
Hereford Beef, slowly cooked in Abbot Ale, with roast Portabello mushrooms, wrapped in butter enriched pastry.
- We use 98VL Hereford Beef and slow cook in cask conditioned Abbot Ale, for approximately 3 hours.
- We roast fresh Portabello mushrooms and add them by hand to each pie as it is made.
