Hereford Beef & Merlot Pie

Hereford Beef, slowly cooked in red wine, wrapped in butter enriched pastry.

• We use 98VL Hereford Beef and slow cook in Merlot, for approximately 3 hours.
• 
  We roast fresh onion wedges and add them by hand to each pie as it is made.
