Cod, Salmon & Prawn Fisherman’s Pie

Cod, Salmon and prawns in a Brie and white wine sauce in a pastry base and topped with crushed potatoes.

  • We created a rich Brie and Pinot Grigio sauce in which we add chunks of cod, salmon and king prawns.

  • We then take skin on new potatoes and crush them with a little cream, butter salt and pepper to make the perfect lumpy bumpy mash.
