Shepherds Pie

Lamb in a Merlot and redcurrant sauce in a pastry base, topped with butter mash.

• We cook our fresh lamb with Merlot, redcurrant sauce and herbs, add some freshly chopped leeks, top with butter mash, finished with a sprig of rosemary.
